Welcome to Law of the Geek, a bi-weekly podcast about the law’s impact on geek culture and geek culture’s impact on the law. Be sure to check out our Hosts page and get to know your attorney-hosts, Geoff Gerber and Melina Pinilla.

Your attorney hosts will be using this blog to tell you about hot geeky legal topics that don’t make it into the cast, to update you on our panels and appearances at upcoming science fiction, fantasy, and gaming conventions, and for other purposes (none of which, of course, will constitute the provision of legal advice or a legal opinion).
